This one-year programme gives you the opportunity to boost your GCSE grade profile and enables you to build the foundations needed to succeed on a Level 3 study programme. The programme includes tutorial support and the development of study skills.

Minimum Entry Requirements
- Three GCSEs at Grade 4
- GCSE English and GCSE Maths at Grade 3
GCSE Maths and/or GCSE English must be retaken if not achieved at Grade 4 or above.
Your Future
Successful completion of this programme allows you to progress onto Level 3 study, apprenticeships and employment with training. Many students progress to Level 3 study at Long Road.
To progress to Level 3 study, you must satisfy the minimum entry requirements of each Level 3 course and have demonstrated commitment and success during the transition year through high attendance and achievement.
