Our staff will be on duty to manage parking, but please be aware that this is an extremely busy event, and some waiting may be involved.

When you turn into Robinson Way (where our entrance is) from Long Road, our site staff will direct you to the nearest car park.

  • We have exclusive use of certain Addenbrooke’s Hospital car parks for the two evenings so you won’t need to buy a ticket.
  • There is also limited parking on site, with priority given to those who need assistance to make their way around the college.

When you arrive, you will enter via our Food Centre where you will receive a map of the college, a guide with room numbers and a newsletter. It is possible to arrive from 4.30pm, but you will not be able to walk around the college before 5pm. It will be possible to buy refreshments from the Food Centre throughout the evening. You should obtain a talk ticket before leaving the Food Centre (see below)
