Navigate your future after Year 11.

Come and explore, in person, our friendly sixth form college.

Talk to our dedicated teachers about our 48 courses (A-Levels, Diplomas, GCSE re-sits) that we can offer and discover how we can tailor a study programme that is just right for you.

Important information for visitors:

  • You must book 1 ticket per individual attending the event. Tickets are limited to 3 per booking.
  • We want to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and safe whilst visiting us so that the event can be an enjoyable experience for all. Therefore registration is required for all visitors.
  • This event is for Year 11 students exploring their post-16 education options for September 2022. If you are not a current Year 11 please avoid booking if possible, you will be able to attend our Summer Open Evenings.
  • We politely ask that you aim to keep your visit to a maximum of 90 minutes, if possible, to help further reduce the number of visitors on campus at any one time.

Food & Drink:

Worried about when you’ll find time to have some dinner? Don’t be!

We are so excited to be joined by local company Wild Dough Pizza ! Vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free pizza options are available, so don’t forget your cash/card. Visit them in the Quad to get your hands on some fresh, handmade, wood-fired pizza.

Our very own on-campus Costa will be open all evening providing hot and cold drinks and snacks for your visit. Please note, Costa are only accepting card payments.

Travelling to our Event: Long Road Sixth Form College, Long Road, Cambridge. CB2 8PX.

Please ensure that you arrive within your 30 minute arrival time slot.

Travelling by car:
If you are travelling by car please be advised that very limited parking is available on our college campus. Our Estates team will direct you on where to park throughout the evening.

Free Shuttle Bus:
We will be running Shuttle Buses from both Babraham Park and Ride and Trumpington Park and Ride. Buses will run throughout the evening, leaving approximately every 30 minutes from each Park and Ride site.

Shuttle buses will drop off and collect passengers for their return journey from our side entrance/exit on Robinson Way.

Public Transport:
The college is well-served by a number of local bus companies and located approximately 1.5 miles away from Cambridge Train Station. If you are travelling to our Open Evenings via public transport you can plan your journey here:
