Earlier this year we contacted you, our wonderful students and your parents/carers, to find out how we could better support you during lockdown 3 (thank you to everyone who responded!)
What we found is that we really are all in the same boat, many people had the same worries surrounding lockdown and the impact it is having on students across the UK. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes in response to all your lovely feedback and are happy to be launching today, Mood Boost March!
Mood Boost March is all about improving your wellbeing and helping you to look after yourself as we navigate our way through lockdown 3 and the lifting of restrictions. For the next 4 weeks, until the Easter holidays, we will be focusing on the 4 main areas that you told us you are most worried about – motivation, sleep, anxiety and effective remote learning. We’ll be sharing lots of advice on all of these topics, which you can find here on our website noticeboard, or across our social media.
We have also created our Mood Boost March Wellbeing Calendar (see below!) with 31 different mood-boosting activities that will help improve your own, and others, wellbeing!
