Maya wins prestigious NUA prize

Photography A level student Maya Fouani-Eckstein has won a prize in a prestigious Norwich University of the Arts competition. The competition, “Beyond the Frame”, required young photographers to submit photos on the theme of “environment”. From 174 entries, the work of 36 finalists is being exhibited at the Norwich University of the Arts’ St George’s Building.
Maya was in the top four, with her photograph ‘Stream’ selected by judge Carol Sharp, and received a copy of ‘Endangered’ by Tim Flach. Another one of our students, Andy Chalmers, was shortlisted.
