Ice cream will never taste the same!

Chemistry and Applied Science got to work in the Quad to rustle up a treat made by mixing glucose, triglycerides (from cream), phospholipids, galactose, casein micelles and other proteins (milk) and cooling in a make-shift freezer of ice and salt (the salt causes endothermic melting of the ice).
