Help Gemma get sponsorship for World Championships

Posted on

Sport National Diploma student and world-class Tae Kwon Do practitioner Gemma O’Connor needs your vote!

Gemma is hoping to go to the World Tae Kwon Do championships in Canada this summer and has applied to The Bring on Foundation for sponsorship.

The Bring on Tomorrow Foundation is a sporting legacy initiative established by For Goodness Shakes in partnership with SportsAid. The Foundation helps to fund the development of promising young athletes, nurturing their talent and providing the support they need to become Great Britain’s champions of tomorrow.

Young sportspeople who apply for this year’s sponsorship will receive:
£1000 towards training, kit and competition costs
Training days with World Class Athletes: Liam Tancock, Sarah Stevenson and Andy Turner
Athlete development from industry experts
A Year’s Supply of For Goodness Shakes
Bring on Tomorrow Foundation Training Kit

To stand a chance of getting sponsorship, Gemma needs to be in the top ten of votes received. The ten then go forward to a selection panel, and two lucky people are chosen to receive sponsorship.
All you have to do is vote for Gemma and give your email address. No money is involved. You have until 31 March to help Gemma get to Canada.
