Police and prisons presentation

Criminology Level 3 Applied Diploma students are attending a talk by Superintendent Jon Hutchinson from the Cambridgeshire Police on social control and the extent to which policing and prisons are effective or not. They will also hear about the present-day limitations these agencies face in controlling offenders.
